Jazz with Alexander Brott Trio

Stockholm Jazz Festival: World-class 40s & 50s jazz with the Alexander Brott Trio & secret guests

On October 17, Fotografiska will be filled with wonderful tones as the Alexander Brott Trio takes the stage.

Alexander Brott is a Swedish-Canadian jazz guitarist and composer who has played side by side with some of the biggest names in the jazz world, all the way from New York to Europe.

For one night, we will be transported in spirit to a vibrant jazz club straight out of the 1940s and 50s. After 10+ years together and countless gigs under their belt, they have finally recorded their first album together, which will be released later this year.

This evening, they will perform with a couple of secret guests for a unique festival concert.

“Brott has a very distinct touch on the guitar, almost like the old guitarist from the 50’. Beautiful compositions and what a great band. Congrats my brother! Sounded fantastic”
