One Cow At A Time
…is our manifesto for sustainability and respect for raw ingredients. We work with the whole animal – from nose to tail – and see every cow as an opportunity to create taste experiences without waste. By taking responsibility for the entire chain, from producer to plate, we celebrate both craftsmanship and nature. It is food with meaning – one cow at a time.
The menu can be made lactose- and gluten-free. For vegetarian, vegan, or other dietary preferences, reach out to us at restaurant.sto@fotografiska.com, and we’ll gladly share what we can offer within the current theme.

At Fotografiska, food has always been more than a pause in the experience, it’s a natural extension of the art.
