Breathwork with Hale
An immersive breathwork experience for calm, focus, and recovery
What if a single breath could bring you greater calm, focus, and presence?
This autumn, Hale returns to Fotografiska Stockholm for a series of science-based breathwork sessions in Annie, Fotografiska’s room featuring floor-to-ceiling projections. Inspired by yin and yang, we explore the balance between movement and stillness, effort and recovery.
The 45-minute sessions combines theory with guided practice. Starting with the fundamentals of breathing, Hale leads you from activation to deep relaxation and inner presence. Surrounded by atmospheric light and sound, you will gain practical tools to manage stress, support recovery, and find balance in everyday life.
Yin
A deeply restorative session. We work with your nervous system to slow things down and let the body shift out of alert mode. Soft, guided breathing, long pauses and space to land. You leave calmer, clearer and more rested than when you arrived.
Open to everyone. No previous experience needed.
Yang
An invigorating session that builds energy. Here we push and stretch the limits of your breathing capacity in different ways. Some of it is intense breathing. Much of it is not. The intensity comes from what you feel in your body and from what your capacity is asked to do.
Expect intensity. Expect strong sensations. Expect to meet your edge.
We recommend that you have done breathwork before you book Yang.
Which one is for you?
Need to recover? Choose Yin. Want to challenge yourself? Choose Yang. Want the whole picture? Do both.
