SELF: Artist Talk & opening
Photographs by young creatives in Juice Studios’ mentorship program
On November 3, you are invited to the opening of SELF, a group exhibition by Adam Ahmed Pihlgren, Maximus Aggenberg and Shanya Amoah.
The exhibition is the result of Juice Studios’ mentorship program, where emerging creatives receive support to develop their ideas from an initial vision into a finished work and public exhibition.
Guided by creative leaders, participants explore their artistic expression, deepen their ideas and, above all, identify their why—the personal drive behind what they want to create. Through individual mentoring and tailored lectures and workshops, they gain knowledge, tools and new perspectives to develop their creativity.
Hear the creatives and Creative Leader Ashton Springer discuss the process behind SELF in an in-depth Artist Talk, moderated by Ametist Azordegan, founder and chair of the Juice Studios Foundation.
– The Self. An exploration of the human consciousness and how we interact with the world. In this exhibition our creatives were made to turn the lens on themselves. They were asked to be brave, vulnerable and to investigate themselves in the most authentic and honest way, says Ashton Springer, Creative Leader.
