A unique group installation by young creatives, only open for one week in November

The installation SELF explores how identity, self-image and personal experiences can be processed through photography. SELF brings together three emerging artists, Adam Ahmed Pihlgren, Maximus Aggenberg and Shanya Amoah. Their visual approaches differ, but they are united by an exploration of the self.

The installation features photography, film and works in acrylic that approach questions of identity and personal experience in different ways. The works invite reflection on how our sense of self develops and changes over time.

SELF is presented in collaboration with the Juice Studios foundation. The installation is the result of the foundation’s annual mentorship programme, which aims to promote mental well-being among young people through creative expression. The mentorship programme is supported by the City of Stockholm’s Cultural Affairs Administration.
